Your Instruction
Your employer is contributing to the benefits. You will have various benefits, and you can learn about them here. Your portion will be deducted from your paycheck automatically. Pricing will be sent to you separately and displayed during your signup process.
Everyone must click the “Start Here” button below to either decline your benefits this year or proceed with your benefit enrollment. You can view pricing as you enroll, but remember that it is the total cost and does not include the amount your employer will pay.
Copay MEC
The copay plan provides 100% coverage for all preventive services. It also includes copay for common services such as doctor, specialist, urgent care, and imaging.
HSA PReventive MEC
The HSA preventive plan provides 100% coverage for all preventive services. It also provides eligibility to contribute to a Health Savings Account.
Health SHare ShareWELL
The ShareWELL Health Share provides a safeguard for maternity and unexpected medical expenses. You will select an Unshared Amount when signing up.
Quest Labs
Quest labs can be added to your enrollment and provides access to over 1,200 labs at no cost when performed at a Quest Labs location.
Dental
Edison Dental coverage provides 100% coverage for preventive services and coverage that increases for minor, major and orthodontics each year. The annual benefit is $2,000 per person each year.
Vision
Edison Vision coverage provides allowances and copays for eyewear and a $10 copay for an annual eye exam.
