No. There is no fee to join the Preferred Provider network. We simply agree on transparent pricing for the services you offer and add you to our list.

Preferred Providers are paid in 5 days. No insurance billing, no claim follow-up, no waiting months for reimbursement — just clean, on-time payment at the negotiated cash rate.

No. The negotiated rates apply only to MightyWELL members we refer to your practice. You continue to set your own pricing for everyone else.

A cash price sheet works best — typically a PDF or spreadsheet listing your common procedures, CPT codes, and the cash price for each. If you do not have a formal price sheet, send whatever you have and we will work through the details together.

We aim to respond within a few business days. Once we connect, the process moves at your pace — most providers are fully onboarded within a couple of weeks.

When a MightyWELL member needs care in your area or specialty, our team and our Columbus AI navigator direct them to Preferred Providers first. You receive new patients without having to do any marketing.
